GUIDANCE
HELPFUL TIPS FOR YOUR JEWELLERY INSURANCE
✔ Check Your Policy
Some policies automatically cover items up to a set value. Anything higher may require individual listings and valuations.
✔ Get Regular Inspections
Routine checks can highlight signs of wear or damage—helping avoid claims and reduce your premium long term.
✔ Photograph Your Items
We include high-quality images in your valuation documents, which can be vital in the event of a loss or theft.
✔ Keep Receipts & Certificates
Original paperwork, warranties and diamond grading reports help substantiate ownership and value.
✔ Consider Specialist Insurers
Specialist providers like TH March may offer better cover for valuable items. Use code AJ259T for preferential rates at www.thmarch.co.uk.
